Who would ever guess Katie Holmes is such a horrifying person? After screening her latest production, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, for her husband Tom Cruise recently, Holmes said it left the actor sufficiently scared.
According to Katie, Cruise had to watch another movie before retiring for the evening. "I'm not sure what he watched ... Maybe The Sound of Music?" she jokes.
We were able to watch several minutes from Don't Be Afraid of the Dark and we can confirm that yes, it is very scary.
The director Guillermo del Toro tells the story of a modern family living in an old Rhode Island house that has secrets buried deep below the ground. Katie, who herself is a huge fan of the classics from the horror genre, admits she was impressed by del Toro’s vision for this film.by FW Editor |
