Three new actors in Spartacus prequel

Maybe you heard about a prequel for the TV show Spartacus - Spartacus: Blood and Sand - which will be broadcast on Star, well we have some news.

It seems that all details are beginning to take a shape, the show received a name - Gods Of The Arena.

And the three new players who received roles in the series are: Dustin Clare, Jaime Murray and Marisa Ramirez.

Dustin Clare is the actor who will play the main role, Gannicus, the champion gladiator form Batiatus House before the appearance of Spartacus. And because we've mentioned Spartacus, he will make a brief appearance at a moment.

Jaime Murray will play a woman who tries to climb the social ladder, and Maria Ramirez will play a slave.

The production of the series will start in August, and were ordered six episodes. The pilot will run in January.
