Taylor Swift Excited for her Performance at MTV VMAs

It's confirmed. Country teen sensation Taylor Swift will be performing at MTV's 2009 Video Music Awards on September 13 and the songstress is very excited for the upcoming event.
"I'm so excited that MTV and the VMAs have invited me to perform, because I think this year's show will be unlike anything they've ever done!" she said, Swift is slated to perform a new version of her current single ‘You Belong With Me’ off her sophomore album Fearless.
This will be the first time for the 19-year-old to perform at the VMAs. She added, "I love incorporating theatrics into my performances and the VMAs have always allowed artists to run with that. MTV has been so good to me, and I could not be more excited about this year's VMAs."
