Heidi Pratt was ecstatic when she knew the present of Spencer Pratt for her 23rd birthday on Tuesday. It was their new baby, a 9-week-old puppy.
She revealed, "Spencer gave me the best gift ever, a maltipoo puppy that we have named Dolly." The white pup was named after the famous country songstress Dolly Parton.
"I'm so excited today is my birthday," Heidi dished. "Thank you, God, for every moment you have given me and blessing me with my wonderful husband." The two also dined at Wolfgang Puck's CUT, their favorite restaurant.
