Hollywood actor Sean Penn had filed a lawsuit of divorce from Robin Wright Penn in a California court a few days back. According to court papers, the high profile couple parted ways on April 23.
Sean Penn had filed the case in Marin County after a marriage life of 13 years with his wife. They have a daughter, Dylan, 18 years old and a son, Hopper, 15 years old. It is being said that Sean Penn has claimed the responsibility of both the children and also applied to the court that his wife is not given any compensation for the divorce.
The couple were having a bad time since 2007 when they had first approached Marin County Superior Court authorities for the matter of their divorce in December that year.
