The former mentor and manager of Britney Spears, Sam Lutfi, as well as her ex-lawyer, Jon Eardley were ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb for a three-year restraining order from the pop star.
The two are compelled to stay at least 100 yards away from Spears including her sons and other family members' houses. They should not also harass the singer and her 2 sons in any way. Even contacting the Womanizer singer is also prohibited aside from "acting on Ms. Spears's behalf or purporting to act on her behalf."
Spears' father, Jamie, filed the request on January 30 claiming that both men have harassed his daughter. However, Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman said, "We absolutely will appeal this ruling. Never before in history has a restraining order been issued against someone who answered another person's cries for help."
