After filing a divorce from acclaimed actor Sean Penn in August, Robin Wright Penn is looking forward to "New beginnings, definitely," she said. "For me, my career too. My kids are older now."
Talking about their separation, the actress told Redbook's November issue, "It never (feels good)... Yes, it's divorce; it's a given that it will be public. But… it's so disrespectful. 'You're an actress, you owe us this?' 'F- you,' is what I say."
As for her feeling toward their much-publicized divorce, "Okay, I have to relax and just give it over," she dished. "The older you get, of course, the knowingness of the truth, the ownership of knowing, is louder. And that voice is louder, definitely: 'So are you not happy now?'"
