Robin Wright Penn has finally decided to end her marriage with award-winning actor Sean Penn, her husband for 13 years.
The divorce was filed by Wright Penn on August 12 in Marin County, California. The papers stated that "both parties have already agreed to (shared) custody" of their 16-year-old child Hopper Jack.
The documents further revealed that "the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property." Wright Penn, on the other hand, is not seeking spousal support.
The news breakout in line with the actress' admission in the latest issue of More magazine that she has no plans of reconciling with her husband.
