Though not injured, Renee Zellweger was involved in a car accident in Beverly Hills on Monday when "A green Ford Explorer made an illegal U-turn in front of her silver Mercedes," Lieutenant Tony Lee said.
"Ms. Zellweger was not injured, the damage to her car was very minor. She was very polite and sincere." Lee added that "the incident will be handled between their insurance companies."
After the two drivers divulged each other's relevant information, "Ms. Zellweger requested her car be towed from the scene, and also requested that officers call her a cab," Lee went on. The minor incident was first reported by TMZ.com.
