Although First Lady Michelle Obama is referred to as a fashion icon, President Barack Obama, on the other hand, acknowledged that he is "a little frumpy" when it comes to being stylish and trendy.
Today's host Meredith Vieira asked the president regarding the "dad jeans" or "nerd jeans" he wore during the All-Star game last week. "You are married to one of the most fashionable women in the world," she said. "Do you want to defend the pants?"
Obama then explained, "Up until a few years ago I only had four suits. Michelle used to tease me because they'd get really shiny. I hate to shop, and those jeans are comfortable. And for those of you who want your president to look great in his tight jeans, I'm sorry, I'm not the guy."
