America's Got Talent's first night of live eliminations showcased the much-anticipated performance of Mariah Carey, the wife of Nick Cannon who is the host of the reality show.
"I don't care what nobody say, that song is about me because I am obsessed with this beautiful girl right here," said Cannon after Carey sang her new single 'Obsessed' from her upcoming album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. "This beautiful woman next to me has more No. 1 hit singles than any single artist in the world. How do you do it?"
Later on, Cannon exclaimed, "She's modest, she's beautiful... Ladies and gentlemen, my soulmate Mariah Carey."
