New Michael Moore Movie Discusses Capitalism

Monday, September 7 2009

The new documentary of Michael Moore "Capitalism: A Love Story" tackles the negative attributes of capitalism in the world. The film premiered at the Venice film festival on Sunday.

"Capitalism is an evil, and you cannot regulate evil," the film concludes. "You have to eliminate it and replace it with something that is good for all people and that something is democracy."

In the two-hour documentary, Moore also featured the priests who said that capitalism is anti-Christian. "Essentially we have a law which says gambling is illegal but we've allowed Wall Street to do this and they've played with people's money and taken it into these crazy areas of derivatives," explained the controversial filmmaker.
