Paris Hilton is moving fast. Paris split with Cy Waits just a couple weeks ago. As she has no time to waste, Paris already has found a replacement for her ex-boyfriend: Todd Phillips.
Phillips has directed such comedies as both installments of The Hangover franchise.
Paris and Todd were spotted this week having wine at Chateau Marmont, followed by a romantic night out with Nicky Hilton at Beacher's Madhouse. According to some eye witnesses, Hilton and Phillips were laughing and kissing throughout the evening.
