The host of 2009 Emmys Neil Patrick Harris told New York Magazine that he and partner David Burtka are not expecting a child but "We'd make very good parents," he stated.
"We yin and yang very well," the 36-year-old went on. "I'm just bowled over by him. I'm his forever protector, and I'm happiest when he's happy."
As for his sexuality, he recalled, "I tried... dating different girls, being the funny, witty guy at the party." He was inspired to come out by MTV's The Real World: New Orleans cast member Danny Roberts who "was a unique entity at the time, as someone who was seemingly so confident in their own skin."
