Mel Gibson and new girlfriend are now stepping out, telling the world that they really are a couple amidst all the hullabaloos in the past weeks. On April 13, 2009, the actor's wife for 28 years filed a divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
Gibson attended the industry screening of X-Men Origins: Wolverine in Los Angeles together with girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. "Mel has been single for almost three years and it's nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself," his representative stated.
Inside the screening at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, a source noted, "They came in quietly and as under the radar as they could and they were pretty low-key. Mel seemed very comfortable."
Way back, it was also reported that The Passion of the Christ's director even inked the 39-year-old Russian singer in his own record label.
