Madonna Gives Tribute to Jackson at O2 Arena
Madonna Gives Tribute to Jackson at O2 Arena

Monday, July 6 2009

On the second leg of her Sticky and Sweet tour, Madonna gave tribute to the one and only Michael Jackson at London's O2 Arena, where the King of Pop was scheduled to perform his series of concerts starting later this month.

In the middle of Madge's concert, one of her dancers Kento graced the center stage wearing a Jackson-inspired outfit and danced his way mimicking the moonwalk and other signature moves of the pop superstar.

Jackson's popular songs were then played such as Billie Jean and Wanna Be Startin' Something. And while the photos of Jacko were flashed on the big screen, Madonna led the cheers and applause. She rightfully urged the audience, "Let's give it up for one of the greatest artists the world has ever known, Michael Jackson!"
