Lucy Lawless doesn't like sex scenes

Wednesday, February 9 2011

The actress who played Xena the Warrior Princess is not comfortable "having" sex on the screen and doesn't want to reveal her special techniques, the same that she is using with her husband, Robert Tapert, the show's executive producer.

Lucy Lawless who is 42 years old had to play a lot of sex scenes in the popular Spartacus TV drama, which made her fans very happy.

"Nudity (on screen) you can kind of get used to, but not when there is movement and relating involved," says Lucy.

"The sex scenes are very uncomfortable because that's something to be protected, so you have a visceral reaction to not exploit that. Normal people in our society don't put it out there that often." she added.
