82-year-old Lee Madden, the director of the cult film Hell's Angels '69, passed away due to complications caused by pneumonia in Camarillo, California.
His first film, Hell's Angels, was released in 1969. The film starred Tom Stern, Jeremy Slate, Conny van Dyke, and Steve Sandor. It was all about 2 brothers from a wealthy family who had plans of robbing Caesar's Palace. Their intention was mostly for fun and not for the money. They brought themselves into the favor of Hell's Angels of Oakland and the plot continued from there.
Some of Madden's feature directing credits were Angel Unchained, The Night God Screamed, and Night Creature. He also directed the episodes of 1970s TV series Cade's County and The Most Deadly Game.
