Kiefer Sutherland Says Sorry to McCollough

Monday, May 25 2009

by Joe Halls

There is a possibility that the assault case filed against 24 TV series lead actor Kiefer Sutherland may be dismissed because he and his alleged victim, fashion designer Jack McCollough, in a headbutting incident, have solved their misunderstanding.

It was remembered that on May 5, McCollough complained saying that he was headbutted by Sutherland at a New York party in the midst of their scuffle.

In a statement given to the Associated Press, Sutherland stated, "I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured."

McCollough, on the other hand, said in a statement, "I appreciate Mr. Sutherland's statement and wish him well."
