| Kiefer Sutherland Cleared in Headbutting Case |

The 24 star Kiefer Sutherland is all cleared regarding the incident that occurred in May wherein New York fashion designer Jack McCollough was allegedly headbutted by the actor.
Manhattan District Attorney spokesperson Alicia Maxey confirmed, "We declined to prosecute after a full investigation. That included speaking to the complaining witness, who was quite uncooperative."
The L.A. City Attorney's office also conducted their own investigation since Sutherland was under probation when the altercation occurred. L.A. City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan shared the result of the investigation saying, "Based on the evidence and information received from New York officials, as well as our own independent review of the evidence, we will not be seeking a violation of Sutherland's probation."
