by Joe Halls

Singer Justin Timberlake ventured on television in two different programs. He will be the executive producer of a new reality show, On the The Phone, and he will also be hosting SNL on May 9 with musical guest Ciara.

On the The Phone is shown on MTV today at 10pm. Contestants will be called through their cellphone and will be given several challenges. The price is a whopping $50,000. Timberlake said, "We take four people and put them through a game of hell basically. We make them characters in an action film. We constantly throw a curve ball." The show was inspired by a TV program in Holland

Asked about his upcoming hosting stint on May 9 Saturday Night Live, Timberlake noted, "That experience for me is nothing but fun. I feel like I get hang out with a group of people I like to hang out with and we happen to do sketch comedy, too."
