Amidst the cheating rumors and media scrutiny, Jon & Kate Plus Eight continued to air its season 5 premiere last Monday. In fact, it even got a record-breaking 9.8 million viewers.
In a statement, Jon and Kate mentioned, "As many couples do, we are navigating a very difficult time. Our current situation brings us together around the children and some times sets us apart. We keep our faith that we will make the right decisions for our family."
The season premiere focused on the birthday celebration of their sextuplets. Above all, the kids' parents remain unsure as to where they stand as a couple. Jon said, "We will always love our kids. We will come together for our kids."
