| Jon Gosselin Still Has Not Returned the Money |

After Jon Gosselin took more than $200,000 from his and wife Kate's joint bank account, his estranged wife was so worried not to pay their monthly bills. Kate then filed a complaint against Jon, and the court ordered the latter to return $180,000.
Kate's lawyer Mark Momjian, however, said Jon hasn't paid the amount yet. Mark Heller, Jon's New York lawyer, cleared the reports saying his client was in "complete compliance" with the court order.
Moreover, Jon's Pennsylvania attorney claimed that the money was in his possession. "We still haven't had that money wired to us," Momjian stressed. "I have no doubt Jon's lawyer is making an accurate representation but I'm just waiting."
