During the standup comedy act of Jamie Kennedy at Comix club in New York City, his girlfriend and costar in Ghost Whisperer, Jennifer Love Hewitt, helped him in setting the merchandise table to sell his T-shirts and DVDs.
"I'm really lucky because I get to play all over the United States and my girlfriend comes. She's so amazing, just the most supportive person I've ever been with," Kennedy said.
Hewitt also applied her creativity to sell all the merchandise. "She took my shirts and bedazzled them. She would take regular shirts and put sparkles on them, and we actually sold out of them – people go nuts for them."
When asked how he would repay his girl, "After the show she gets Pinkberry," he joked.
