The rumors are true. James Spader will join The Office crew. The NBC just announced that the Emmy Winner James Spader will appear as a new regular in The Office sitcom. However, according to producer Paul Lieberstain, James will not replace Steve Carell's Michael Scott. In exchange, Spader will sky rocket up to CEO of Dunder Mifflin's parent company.
"… he'll have been hired over the summer as the new manager, but within hours, got himself promoted," Lieberstain said in a recent statement.
With James Spader coming aboard, the task of replacing Scott in the office itself will fall to Jim, Dwight or Andy.by FW Editor |
