Hanna Maron dies at the age of 90

Israeli actress and theater personality Hanna Maron, which in 2011 was included in the Guinness World Records thanks to her extraordinary longevity, a career over 83 years, died at the age of 90 years, in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Hanna was born in Berlin, Germany on 22 November 1923 and has appeared in many plays, films and radio plays. She started her career at the age of four years and got her first starring role at age nine.

She was married to architect Yaakov Rechter, with whom she had three children: Dafna, an actress Amnon, an architect and Ofra, a philosopher.
