In 2003, one of her fans saw Gina Wild working in a Frankfurt brothel. Unable to deny this, she had to admit in an interview that she is addicted for sex. She admitted as well that she was working in that brothel not for the money but to satisfy her sex addiction: "It's a secret I've carried around with me for a long time -- I go to the brothel several times a week. It's not for the money; it's to free my soul."
"I need the satisfaction the way some other people need food," she admitted "I'm addicted to sex."
However we need to appreciate her sincerity in this delicate problem and to understand that she is an ex-porn star. For them sex is indeed like food.
