Edith Gonzalez Goes to Romania to Star in Gipsy Heart
Edith Gonzalez Goes to Romania to Star in Gipsy Heart

Thursday, April 15 2010

At the invitation Acasa - a high rated Romanian TV station, Edith Gonzalez, flew to Romania to star in a number of scenes of the Romanian novella "Gypsy Heart".

When asked how she felt about the part that was written especially for her-Diana of Aragon, she declared: "I like very much. Diana loves children very much and tries to help the people around her. Because of those traits she resembles me and my character from Palabra de Mujer".

She was also reported to have loved the gipsy costumes and music, as she later said that she believes the gypsies see the world in a fascinating, colorful manner. It seems she also enjoyed working with the local actors very much as she described them as being real professionals, because of how they speak and look in the scenes.

A naughty remark was of course not absent as Edith said she thought the leading male actor, Denis, is cuter than Andy Garcia.
