Carrie Underwood is in high spirits these days. The country singer just released her third studio album 'Play On' on November 3. Besides, her love life is amazing.
On the liner notes of her album, she wrote a shout out for his beau, hockey player Mike Fisher. "Thank you number12," the songstress penned down. "You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way! I thank God for you every day... xoxo, Carrie."
The couple kept their relationship in a low profile. A month ago, When Fisher was interviewed by the Web news program The Sens Show, he revealed how he and Underwood worked hard for their relationship to work saying, "Obviously it's tough with our schedules to see each other. But we always find a way to make it work."
