Bon Jovi Documentary Set to Rock Tribeca Film Festival |

The New York festival, which will run from April 22 to May 3, will screen the documentary about Jon Bon Jovi, the front act and namesake of Bon Jovi band. The title is "When We Were Beautiful," and it highlights the singer and his band while on their Lost Highway world tour last year.
Directed by Phil Griffin, the documentary is considered the festival centerpiece presentation and will be shown starting April 29. The festival stated that the film "susses out the secrets behind this legendary band's determined and charismatic leader Jon Bon Jovi."
The popular band has already sold more than 120 million albums internationally over the past 25 years of their existence. So far, the band has released 10 studio albums, and has charted 19 songs in the Top 40 of Billboard Singles Charts including their 5 number 1 hits namely, "You Give Love a Bad Name", "Livin' on a Prayer", "Bad Medicine", "I'll Be There for You," and "Blaze of Glory".
