At Court Three of the High Court Family Division in London, District Judge Michael Segal granted the divorce filed by Blake Fielder-Civil from his wife Amy Winehouse in a "quickie" hearing.
The court papers showed that Winehouse admitted "the adultery alleged in the petition." When Fielder-Civil was questioned to "state briefly your reasons for saying that the respondent has committed the adultery alleged," he simply replied, "The Respondent confessed the adultery to me in April 2008."
The court documents also revealed that the couple was not living together since Winehouse confessed her fault. Going back, the two tied the knot on May 18, 2007 in Miami, Florida.
