The British singer Alexandra Burke will donate her mother a kidney to save life.
Melissa Bell who is 46 years old and mother of four children, turned down her daughter's offer because the surgery can cause complications and prevent the famous singer to give birth.
"Alex offered and was very serious about it, but if you take a kidney from a woman who hasn't had babies you take away her chance of a family," Melissa said.
"That's more than robbery - it's downright wicked."
Melissa Bell Bell who was part of the 80s band Soul II Soul said that her son David who is 23 years old had offered his kidney as well. Now, the doctors are doing some out tests to see if it is suitable.
