In a recent interview with Anderson Cooper, Adele was asked how she feels about her body. Her answer? "I don't want to be some skinny mini with my tits out. I really don't want to do it and I don't want people confusing what it is that I'm about."
The interview took place days before the fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld referred to her as fat. Then, he apologized.
The timing on this interview could not be better. Adele opens up about her body image, and goals as a singer; namely to just write "love songs" and nothing more. However, one thing is for certain: Adele doesn't care about sex appeal or going for shock (like others "popular" artists). She just wants to sing for herself and for people who love her music.by FW Editor |
