This is a documentary film based on the life of the famous leader of the time, Nelson Mandela. It was released in the year 1997 in the USA. The film shows Mandela talking about his struggles in life, the various activities he was involved in and how his married life got disturbed and splitted up due to his political involvements. This is amongst the best documentaries that everyone should watch. Biography on the life of someone like Nelson Mandela is not an easy job and the directors have done a brilliant job and have lived up to the expectations of its viewers.
The film has been well portrayed with an excellent music. It is very famous because it has been nominated for the Oscars and it won the Pare Lorentz award and the Silver Spire Award.
